A multi-branch holding company managed internal debts, service records and financial analytics across disconnected spreadsheets. Every month-end close meant manual reconciliation, and every manual step meant silent errors.
What we built
A custom ERP on our standard architecture — NestJS services over a relational PostgreSQL schema, React front-end, TypeScript end-to-end:
- Debt-tracking module with full relational integrity between companies, partners and payment events.
- ServicesLog module recording operational engineering work as structured, queryable data.
- Analytics dashboard aggregating financial state in real time.
- Secure authentication pipeline with role-based access.
The schema was designed before the first line of service code — the data model is the product in a system like this.
Why it’s confidential
The platform runs the internal finances of a real holding company. We publish the architecture and the modules; the client’s name and figures stay behind the NDA, which is exactly the discretion our agency partners contract us for.
